KYAA~ Urban Zakapa (Part 2) + Giveaway Contest » KPOP News - Here comes the 2nd part of "KYAA~ Urban Zakapa" through which we want to introduce you the talented trio of Urban Zakapa. In the 1st part of the article, we shared general information about Urban Zakapa with you, and today, we want to focus on Urban Zakapa's latest mini album, Beautiful Day, and recommend you many nice songs.

Urban Zakapa released its mini album, Beautiful Day, on 3rd April 2012. The mini album is filled with memories of the most beautiful days in one's life and warms up your heart just like spring. Urban Zakapa's members, Park Yong In and Jo Hyuna actively participated in the production of the Beautiful Day, so their talent can be found throughout the mini album. Jo Hyuna wrote the lyrics of the mini album's tracks, while Park Yong In became a photographer for Beautiful Day's booklet. He decorated the booklet with photos personally taken by himself.

Beautiful Day is composed of the 6 tracks which we will introduce you one by one in the following.

01 Beautiful Day
"Beautiful Day" is the title track of the mini album. It's a very heart-warming song and it delivers the feeling of getting in love in the blooming season of spring very well. Its lyrics are based on the beginning of a romance and you can easily relate to it, especially lines like, "Even if I stay still I keep smiling, I keep thinking of you." Light drum sounds, trumpets, a sweet piano melody as well as the high-pitched vocals in the chorus deliver the warm feeling you get when you're in love very well. 02 Something Special
Before the release of Beautiful Day, the song "Something Special" was also considered to become the title track, but in the end it was decided to take "Beautiful Day" as title track. "Something Special" tells the story of people freshly in love and how someone wishes to become the special person in someone else's life.

03 그댈 안은 목소리 (Whenever You Need Me)
In contrast to the previous two songs, "그댈 안은 목소리 (Whenever You Need Me)" is a slow pop-ballad that brings out Park Yong In, Jo Hyuna and Kwon Sun Il's powerful vocals.

04 Let It Rain
The 4th track is "Let It Rain". This song's special feature is the wonderful piano melody which makes you think you're listening to rain drops. The mellow voices of the members are very soft compared to the previous track and go really well with the sweet background melody. "Let It Rrain" is definitely the perfect song for rainy days.

05 Just the Two of Us
The R&B song "Just the Two of Us" was originally recorded by the American musicians, Grover Washington, Jr. and Bill Withers, and is one of Bill Withers' many masterpieces. Urban Zakapa rearranged the track and interprets the theme of love with each of the members' unique voices newly.

06 Just a Feeling
The last track from the mini album is the bonus track "Just a Feeling", Urban Zakapa already released as single in August 2011. The light sound of it and the dim vocals in it will make you get lost in old memories.
